We had several students, from our middle school band program, participate in the 2019 Limestone College Middle School Honor Band Clinic. The clinic was held November 21-22, 2019 on the campus of Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. In order to participate in this clinic, students first had to be nominated by their band director. Second, an audition video was submitted for each student selected. This video was used to determine chair placement.

Mr. Kevin Mclellan, Director of Bands for our middle school program, had this to say about the clinic and his students.

“(Our) kids did really great. They continue to amaze me each and everyday by working hard. Continuing a Tradition of Excellence for the Dillon Middle School Band Program. These students made me proud.”
